You do not need to create an account or log in to make a payment- just search for your bill.

When your payment has been completed, you will have the option of printing a confirmation receipt. If you have entered a valid email address, a confirmation receipt will be emailed to that address.

The following fees apply per transaction:

• 2.45% of the transaction amount when using a credit card
• 1.00% of the transaction amount when using a debit card
• Minimum fee of $2.95 for credit and debit. ($1.95 minimum for Utilities)
• Flat fee of $1.50 per transaction for E-checks or ACH
