2025 Tax Bills are being mailed December 18, 2025 and are due January 20, 2026. They are available to pay online now.

Liens CANNOT be paid online. You may make a payment by mail or in person at 150 Wakefield St, Ste 271, Rochester NH 03867.

To locate your property tax bill:

1. Please fill ONLY ONE of the fields below. You can search by Parcel OR Owner Name OR Property Address. It is best to use ONLY the parcel ID number.
2. Parcel ID: Do not include dashes. For example, Parcel 0000-1111-2222, would be entered as 000011112222.
3. Owner Name: Search Last Name first. (Ex: Smith John)
4. House Number and Street Address: Do not enter the word "street", "lane", "avenue", "road" (Ex: 150 Wakefield)
